While braving the heat to get 18 holes in this time of year is a venerable feat, another heated activity could potentially get you shooting lower as the mercury rises. Over the last few years, traditional yoga has gained notoriety in the golf world as a means for players to tone and tighten while obtaining the added benefits of focus and flexibility on the course. Sumits Yoga, a unique yoga sequence with a heated twist (it’s practiced in a room heated over 100 degrees) is calling golfers (and inspired yogis) to embrace the heat instead of hiding from it.
